  此店位于坡月街的一条小胡同里，主要是北方来的老年人长期居住为主，距离百魔洞比较近，可以步行前往。考虑到春节假期这家基本没怎么涨价，也想体验下所谓的老年公寓是什么配置，于是就订了这家。值得肯定的是:卫生间配置了单独的海尔电热水器，热水很好；此店供应的餐标是早餐5元，中餐和晚餐各10元。我们尝试了早餐，吃的是:混搭小米的米粥、馒头、红豆粽、鸡蛋。附近有一家农家餐馆，适合晚上吃饭。美中不足的是:无停车位，需要停到较远的地方，周边胡同环境略显嘈杂，901房间靠近电梯，晚间噪音大。但同样选的801房间也靠近电梯，电梯噪音还好。卫生间中蹲位和淋浴位紧挨着，没有单独辟出淋浴隔间。综合考虑环境和居住人群，个人认为:不适合带孩子一同居住。
