一开始给安排了二楼的房间.窗钻是坏的，锁不住，没防盗网，外面是一个四通八达的大平台，厕所没抽风.前台答复是要不加钱换房，要不修.结果来了一个大妈，说：抽风机就是坏的，然后跟前台的一样，各种保证.说非常安全！强烈抗议后同意按原价换房.换房后看到门框上留下的残破螺丝，加上整个酒店大红大紫的装修，让人浮想连篇.典型的旧店新做，前台服务冰冷，虽然有成熟酒店管理的影子，但人员差距很大.还虽加强.习惯性好评
