早就想带孩子去合肥万达水世界，查阅一下诺富特酒店评价不错，就果断订了，入住之后就感觉不错，就是早点稍微欠佳，走的时候有点匆忙，东西忘拿了 ，到了地铁才想起来，已经来不及了，到了高铁站才想起来打电话给客服，告诉他们我把东西丢在酒店了，可不可以帮我寄回来，客服非常有耐心的帮我登记电话地址，过了一会告诉我东西找到了，帮我寄回来，我很开心并感激，今天东西顺利到达手中，非常感谢礼宾代理人谢城城 帮我联系寄回，下次去的话还是选择诺富特，非你不选，真心的感谢

第一次去合肥，选择这家酒店非常舒适和满意，去前台登记还给我们升级，服务很好，早餐也不错，就是开车去还要自己付一天10元停车费，这个有点不太合理，还是第一次遇见这样的情况。

酒店环境很好，自助早餐也不错，靠近万达茂，吃饭也方便，给朋友过生日，房间布置了一下，第二天早上走的匆忙，房间布置的气球🎈等没来得及清理，有点过意不去，总之这次入住很满意！👍
