服务态度生硬，房间设施老旧，整个房间没有餐巾纸，空调形同虚设，莲蓬头的位置和水位太低，洗个澡全程必须弯着腰！打电话问过回答我顶楼就这样没办法！一个晚上都没睡好！非常失望
