卫生一般，服务较差，早上房间发现老鼠，报前台让来人处理，说当时没人手，答应调房间，当时又没房。下午办事回来值班人反馈不知此事，无房不能调房，态度强硬。坚持让其经理出面解决，才给调还。很不愉快的经历！遗憾
