来合肥这边出差都比较喜欢入住高速开元，高铁站下来非常近，十几分钟就到了。酒店位置很不错，周边商场超市也很多，整体环境也很棒。房间采光好，面积大，干净卫生，酒店整体设施一应俱全。因为从外地出差来合肥，对合肥防疫要求也不是很清楚。致电前台贴心管家小婷后耐心为自己解答，并告知距离酒店最近的核酸检测医院以及营业时间等等，服务很赞！入住期间小婷还给房间进行了会员升级，房间内还有工作人员贴心安排的欢迎点心等等，很温馨。非常满意，五星好评！

去合肥拜访客户入住的这家酒店，感觉还不错，酒店位置方便，设施齐全，环境好，卫生干净，前台服务热情，到店入住主动升级了放行，小李介绍了会员权益，推荐了小程序订房。酒店早餐品种丰富，菜品比较符合口味，在合肥住过多家酒店这家开元整体性价比都高。下次来这边还会再次入住。酒店距离合肥南站也不远打车很方便，推荐。
