酒店位置非常好，机场大巴在门口停，离地铁站很近，离步行街和万达广场也很近。
前台服务人员热情周到态度好，每个服务人员都主动热情的帮助客人。
前台的钱悦女士更是主动垫钱帮助客人把未能随身携带的行李快递到客人指定的目的地。中间她沟通及时通畅准确，考虑细心体贴周到，让整个酒店感觉像家，服务员钱悦更像是客人的家人。感觉棒极了！有这样的出色员工，桔子一定会越来越好！
房间干净整洁卫生，设计现代简约有格调。大浴缸是最大的亮点。
