外观很美，酒店很大气装修也很上档次，尤其是前台接待我们的Ada，人美服务态度也超好，帮我们更换房型细心办理入住手续。整个给人感觉超级好。就是酒店很大，服务员有点少，全程一直在找。不过总的来说都很棒。

冲着6星去的，结果有点失望。房间空调不制冷，向酒店提出后，当班经理先来视察，已经晚上9点多钟了，我们要求换房间，让我们早点休息，而非要叫工程部来认定，反反复复折腾到快23点，酒店在确诊空调是有毛病的情况下，总算给我们换了一间房间。不信任宾客的做法太差了！
