办理入住时的前台小姐姐服务态度蛮好的，好评，退房时的前台态度不做评价，只是有些意见不吐不快，第一，我去退房时有好几个客人都去退房，在这么多客人都在退房的情况下，前台居然还能稳稳的坐在凳子上，我也是醉了。第二，这么多人的情况下，房间有消费，不打电话到前台，居然是对讲机报的，能考虑下客人的感受吗？第三，房间明明消费的商品盒子上标价15，结果收了28，我不知道是什么情况
