3.23和24住两天，8317房间，空调不好用，沟通无果，前台说在清洗，
25日早餐品种不少，比24号的有提高，但25日煎蛋的大姐太牛，我说你好能煮碗面吗？根本不理我，我连问3遍，才不耐烦的说-煮面的一会就来，就算你不负责煮面，也不必装听不见吧？不是看你年龄大，我能把盘子甩你脸上，建议酒店处罚该员工，态度太差

1分不少请笑纳，原因：
1.入住麻烦收押金，不愿刷预授权，只带200现金，前台非要300,最后一位男士同意，感觉我欠了酒店的。
2.23点被冻醒，致电前台，未解决，第二天询问前台，说空调清洁没办法，全这样，你们2个楼不能一栋栋的清理吗？不能一层层的清理吗？清理的楼层不安排入住不可以吗？我不欠你房费，但你欠我一个良好的休息。
3.早餐中规中矩，热菜：10个布菲炉，主食占四个，其余全是素，去两个素上一个半荤，成本不高吧。当然还有其他凉菜
4.因有4件行李，没办法续住一天，前台房费刷卡300，为什么不刷实际房费要多刷？有异议，前台说第二天早退，啥逻辑？
5.住了2天没有一个员工问好，含穿西服的，哪怕面对面走过，大家基本都在聚众聊，不知说什么方言听不懂。
6.送了水果苹果和圣女果还不错。
总结：1现在很多店，都是零押金免退房扔卡就走，我住店图的就是快捷，比设备还陈旧的是领导者的思想。
2贵酒店没有五星的服务，也没有商务的低价，顾客为什么选你？
3从空调问题，能看出是多么不把住客当回事。空调清洗为什么不提前告知，加个小太阳给顾客临时取暖不行吗？
4网评低果然是有道理
