1.前台工作人员服务质量有欠缺，携程预订的行政间，前台却以商务间糊弄，指出后不得已改行政间；2.酒店电梯太晕人，会摇晃，建议维修；3.早餐地点过于简陋、嘈杂，馄饨点服务人员态度差。不会选择再次入住。
