每次来都没有大床房，估计都留给关系户了，要我说你就多弄几间大床房，标间现在真心没人住了！服务员也是爱答不理！没见过这么**的酒店！以后再也不住了！真想爆粗口！

1，首先要表扬前台办理入住的yoyo，在听了我要求安静的房间后，安排了比较好的房间，而且在入住后，还打电话问询对房间是否满意；
2，退房时的美女（没看清名字）态度也很好，仔细询问了入住体验，在我提出建议后代替其他员工致歉，还送了一个小熊；
3，行政房楼层高，卫生干净，毛巾很好，浴缸也舒服，干湿分开，智能马桶，都不错；
4，以下是不足的地方。
1⃣️电吹风是坏的，应该在客人入住前进行检查；
2⃣️在走廊里遇到的酒店员工就不会主动和客人打招呼，而是低头看手机；
3⃣️早餐时没人引导到座位上，要自己找座位，但同时和我进早餐厅的一位外国人就有人一直引导到座位上。难道是内外有别？！
4⃣️早餐做油煎小笼包的师傅就用手抓着小笼包和饺子放到锅里，手经过消毒了吗？？而且把煎好的小笼包拿出来时，太粗暴了，这种人不适合在客人面前出现，在后台就好了。
5，其它客人反映的有火车经过噪音的问题，我倒是没发现。
6，总之入住还可以，只是员工整体素质还有待提高。
