酒店环境很好！给我印象最深的是前台客服，好像叫彭贝贝，服务态度特别特别好！很热情的一个女孩子，房卡没带还主动去电梯间帮我刷卡。现在做服务行业是需要有这种服务意识和服务热情的。
也希望贵酒店越办越好！
（想起来给这个热心的前台小姑娘一个好评，但是没有在酒店拍照片，上传的是看演唱会的照片）

以前出差才会定假日，这次家庭出行也定了假日，一点没有出差的感觉，首先是给我免费升级了房间，再是给我提前四小时入住，人生第一次提前这么久入住，先睡了一觉，很舒服。交通也很方便，对面就是新粮仓，去省博物馆也很近，推荐入住。

房间很大，帮忙做了升级，但是可能套房定的人不多，一开始进去有异味，换了两三次才换到合适的，好在服务人员一直很贴心的，帮忙看房间，通风，除味道

房间大，椅子也多，乾净，服务也还好。wf没连上，累也没找客服了。衞生间中马桶间的门设计不太合理，打开会挡路，夜里特别不方便。客服电话是AI接听，有时弄半天它也不懂，又没人工，希望改进一下。
