只能说硬件和态度不错。连两个周末入住，头个周末落个充电器在酒店，当时电话确定已经找到让去取，这个周再去住时，前台礼宾客房却都说找不到了，可见部门衔接有问题。另一点遗憾是普遍的，十月底合肥最低气温连续两天都低于十度，很多酒店却执行十一月后央空才开始采暖的标准，晚上单衣加薄外套（最后披着被子!）在房间坐着真的很冷很狼狈。

房价在皇冠假日中算便宜的，房屋也符合五星的标准，卫生间干湿分离，就是服务态度需要加强。
