进来房间 房间没有给我打扫。第一次遇到这样。 免费给我门升级了行政间。洗手间屋顶喷头也是坏的。在皇冠中算差的。升级成行政间 这个价格也算差不多。

房间很大，各种设施齐全。但是晚上马路声音比较大。早餐值得推荐，丰富多彩，比一般的五星酒店要好。打车不太方便

硬件还行，软件也就是服务没跟上。十一出行提前定了三个房间，下午4点多到前台登记。被告知，有一个房间需要再等1个半小时才能打扫好，其他俩个房间刚打扫好的，开新风也需要1，2小时才能把烟味去除。吸烟房和无烟房竟然无区分，仅靠新风来去除。下午接近5点登记入住竟然还要客人等1个半小时才能打好好卫生。这也是奇葩了！
