每年都会来合肥每次都住这个酒店，感觉都很不错，但这次感觉没以前那么好，之前会给我升级房型，但这次前台说没这个权利了，这个我也无可非议，这是你们的权利，但第二天退房时小姐姐拉着脸，我说退房居然理也不理，我再重复一遍退房把预授权完成一下，她才很不屑一顾的应了一声，难道是跟男朋友吵架了还是失恋了，但是对待顾客最基本的礼貌还是要有的，我觉得很多酒店硬件是上去了但是软件跟不上那就是酒店的管理问题了，希望酒店能加强服务意识，能给客人来的时候有个好脸色觉得你们是在真心为客户所想前台就是酒店的一个窗口，希望下次再来会有所改善！

一直住宿体验都还不错。这次马桶盖上给我丢了坨屎。姓陈的大堂经理还说是我们自己弄得。。。 我们两个成年人入住的。不懂得服务的管理人员直接丧失我们下次光顾的可能。。
