酒店是一家老牌四星级酒店，服务优质，地理位置优越，服务人员素质优良。印象
深刻的是前台的宁康仔细为我介绍了酒店周边的旅游景点，吃饭购物场所，合肥的特产，因为打算去黄山游玩，还仔细的为我查询了去黄山的车次时间，对我帮助很大。在这里非常感谢他提供的优质服务，也为和平酒店点赞。

酒店处于市区，地理位置不错，交通也*比较便利。入住当天，想出来吃下当地的特色，于是到底下一楼大堂询问。大堂经理朱海燕耐心的跟我讲解，酒店的个性化服务很好，性价比很高，下次还会来入住。
