Check in体验不好，前台员工言行举止太随意，一点都不专业。宜客乐餐厅太小，桌椅之间太挤。总机员工的应答和沟通令人满意，其中入住首日时遇到的总机员工总是能够称呼客人姓氏，非常好。客房送餐递送比较准时。为我办理Check out的员工令人满意，微笑服务，沟通热情，主动提供解决方案。
