本来很期待订了一件商务行政套房，上午十点就入住了，但是因为有事放下包就出去了，晚上10点多回去，想泡个澡，放水一看，浴池里全是黄色的水，打电话到前台，让多放一会，我默许了，想着还是冬天就把空调打开了，水放了半个小时，终于是清水了，但没了泡澡的性质，就想洗个热水澡睡觉，哪知道花洒下面站了快五分钟，出来的水跟皮肤温度差不多，冻死了，打电话问前台，她说找人去看看，同时问她空调为什么出来的都是凉风，她说要去问问，好吧，师傅也来看了，又说换房间，折腾了快一个小时，结果就是空调正在维护，明天才能好，剩的几个房间都没有热水，说是热水用光了，需要明天才能烧好，意思让我就这么睡一晚上，那我来你家干嘛的呢，空调空调不行，洗个热水澡都是奢望，我也不是难说话的人，总该给我个解决方案吧，请示了经理后说优惠五十，我想说我不差五十块钱，非常不开心，以后不会去了，我怕洗不上热水澡
