硬件还行四星水平，但是服务人员很散漫没有服务意识，住还行就是这个早餐真的不如快捷酒店，想想这个早餐让我想起工地食堂的早饭，没看相，不好吃，品种少，客人可是花了四五百住你的酒店你就好意思拿那种早餐给客人吃吗？平时客人少你可以做少点做精致点不行吗？有团体能不能和散客分开吃，这样对谁都不影响

不值一提，花了五星的价格，享受的是二星的服务，尤其是早餐要抢着吃了一点儿，温泉的水也脏，还要160元，女生洗澡处又乱又脏。以后不会来了。权当上当受骗，

房间很好，有个大大的阳台，我的房间在顶层，可以看到外面的景色。装修风格大气，洗澡水流量大，温度很好，整体很满意。
