酒店前台服务态度很好，老五星酒店性价比可以，早餐不错很丰富符合五星标准，不足是∶设施尤其是房间装修已陈旧，住二晚，第二晚竟然一次性拖鞋也没提供，只能穿前一天的，然后洗澡时不小心弄湿了没法换只能光脚，（因很晚了没打电话服务人员）希望能改进。

这酒店说说五星，达不到。我们开房登记二人，还叫我们出示二人的身份证件登机。早餐只有一人可吃？？？？**五星，以后死也不会去这酒店住了。

酒店性价比高，前台妹纸很热情，个个都很漂亮，妹纸礼貌等等服务意识很强，房间内部环境还不错，酒店虽然外观比较有些旧，欧式风格，有些细节上面要比你家对面丰大的要好一点，比如送了一盘贴心的小水果，一次性拖鞋比丰大的要厚实点质量好，缺点就是没有剃须套装，希望能改进一下，早餐也非常丰富，最主要的是早餐时间自由，丰大那边是早上7点至9点半，你们掌握的早餐时间很好，可以睡懒觉，哈哈，期待下一次入住，谢谢你们全体明珠国际大酒店员工，很愉快的一次入住体验。
