首先酒店住宿环境挺不错的，价格也优惠，不满意的就是服务态度，前台真的是一个酒店的形象，哪怕酒店再好，前台态度差，也是影响客源的，前台没有礼貌，其次就是很不耐烦，说话的语气让人不舒服，不是恶意差评，不是去消费就要必须当大爷，服务行业请有最起码的礼貌，老员工比较拽还是领导呢？领导就更不应该了吧！
