1.地点靠合肥南站，但是周围无商圈。2.设施齐全，但是按摩浴缸和智能马桶的洗净都是坏的。3.服务跟不上，白跑一趟派出所开证明，只有口头道歉，无实质上的补偿，提出之后，回答“下回来住给你优惠”（损失来回车资及半小时）。4.卫生情况一般，但是坏的按摩浴缸上面有灰尘，感觉不好。5.性价比与经济档酒店差不多，优势在空间大、配有沙发。附带的早餐过于简单，无面包、煎蛋。6.整体而言：空有硬件、但缺乏管理及软件，最多只能算3星级酒店。
