1、淋浴蓬头水压不足，蓬头水很小；2、卫生间排风扇噪音太大；3、夜里卫生间马桶滴水声；4、提供收费洗衣服务确不提供洗衣液（说要投诉才去找洗衣液）；5、床单上有毛发；6、夜里中央空调声音也很大。7、下午午休保洁人员闯入打扫卫生，也未敲门，她直接就进来了,很不愉快的入住经历，以后不会再选择……

细节决定一切，一些小的细节酒店做的太好了，咖啡，是非常正宗的咖啡，超级好喝（本来想带回去点，但是不对外买）还有花茶，还有沐浴露的味道，我也很喜欢，房间里的书籍，楼下就有一家酒店，菜的味道没的说（东北话）本来陪孩子来大学定酒店定晚了，过来旺季考虑要换近点的酒店，但是酒店各方面都太好好，就选择剩下的行程都在这了，虽然离学校远点，依然选择这里。
