总台服务人员很好，入住时卡落在前台了，服务员专门打电话和我确认情况，取卡时服务员很专业的确认我的身份，点赞。酒店房间很大，卫生条件一般，沙发明显破洞，床单上有消毒水印记及记号笔划的痕迹，烟灰缸里面的火柴是潮湿的。。细节方面还是有待改进的。
