厅堂里写明了可以2点退房，前台却说网上订房的客户最迟1点必须退房。然后床单上有一片黑色墨迹，服务员说是洗不掉的。但这不是洗不洗的掉的问题，而是在铺床的时候看到这样明显的污渍为什么还要铺上去呢，无语了！
