房间太老旧，陈旧了。2421这个房间我都怀疑是15年的装修。开车去没有任何服务员指引停车场，酒店没有任何一个服务员会看手里行李过多，帮助拿或者提供行李车。晚上叫送杯热牛奶，拿进房间冰凉的。希尔顿也是老五星了，这个服务态度就算了吧

没想到在合肥住的希尔顿，能够有全国5星级酒店一流品质。广评价早餐就能显示合肥这个希尔顿更胜一筹：首先，有人领位！大多国内五星级酒店根本做不到。但放眼世界，有哪个发达国家的酒店的早餐不是领位入座呢？其次早餐自助一半以上是有师傅料理的。面档一人，煎蛋烧烤一人，煎饼1人。现做现吃的师傅的人数表明了这个自助餐的高品质。如家、7天也有自助餐，但通常1个师傅都没有。第三，服务员很多，且都在照顾客人，帮助客人上茶上咖啡，检查食品的供应，菜的温度等等。这个水平其实是5星级酒店的标准操作，可惜大部分国内酒店徒有5星虚名。总之，给合肥元一希尔顿点赞👍

酒店地理环境优越，安静，干净整洁，房间格局舒适，还有很方便的梳妆台。整个居住很温馨。另外，早餐很丰富，也很好吃。
