很好的住宿体验，入住办理了房间升级，因带着孩子，前台美女sunny yang特地给我们赠送了早餐，好温馨，孩子到六楼游泳池很开心的玩耍，酒店所有的服务人员态度很好，离开的时候，在一楼见推着行李出来，很热情的帮忙招呼打车，看着年龄比我还大，都不好意思啦??，多次来合肥，这次酒店之旅简直太完美！下次肯定是找sunny帮忙订房！太周到的服务了！

酒店的地理位置很好，打车到酒店时候司机就说了景点都在这边，完全可以用走的逛。办理入住很迅速，服务也很到位，箱子比较大，服务人员都会非常主动拿行李，按电梯，看得出是自然而发的。房间枕头本来就备了软硬之分，不需要再电话叫总台换。到房间发现能看到包公园基本全景（当时看到不知道，拍了照第二天去了才知道原来这里就是包公园）。退房时候很认真的问意见和建议，房间也很迅速就退好了。服务真的很棒！！

位置很好，就在大东门地铁站对面a出口，临近包河万达，步行街，汽车站，环境很好，安保也非常完善，没有门卡上不去电梯的，礼宾非常棒，会主动问候，帮你开门按电梯，早餐厅播放钢琴曲，而且顶楼是旋转的，看风景很棒。餐厅工作人员态度好，餐品齐全，房间设施完善，客房服务24小时都有，退房极速！
