怎么说呢。入住前台还行，速度态度都不错。退房前台态度就不专业了：“房卡呢？”“两张都在吗？”对住豪华套房的客人这么说话，我很惊讶。
去机场打车就更奇葩了。我问门口的门童大叔“能帮我叫辆出租车吗？”他说，（原话）“我们上班不能带手机，你去找礼宾”好，我只有自己一个人只好放下手里的所有行李在地上跑回去穿过大厅，找礼宾叫车。上车时我回头一看，门童大叔在玩手机。我走过去问“不是上班不让带手机吗？这是什么？” 他居然对我喊叫“我没有订车的系统！”我也懒得废话，上车逃之夭夭...
其他：
房间基本OK 国内五星酒店的一般水平。套房房型很差。空调不制冷（10月底应该是节能不供冷却水了）。
room service 送餐态度分量口味都不错。吃了安徽特产臭鳜鱼。很好。
礼宾不错，拿行李，态度也不错，不收小费。但门口一直没有礼宾员。
我因为住惯了SPG，万豪，香格里拉和Hyatt这几个集团的品牌。对国内五星酒店很少涉及。这次因为距离关系选了携程上这家评分还比较高的国内五星酒店。但总体还是很失望的。国内品牌的酒店管理疏忽实在是不像话。
