14楼 好像因为吸烟区 所以看不到什么天鹅湖。另外预定房间楼层备注八楼到达酒店又告知十四楼。前台表面不愿意这个房间号 也没给我改！还有整体体验下来个人认为不如威斯汀~

十一带孩子来合肥探亲，精心比较选择了洲际酒店，入住体验非常好。1.酒店装修豪华，设备新且完备，房间宽敞开阔，温度适宜。2.酒店服务好。每一个工作人员都笑语盈盈，亲切礼貌。得知带孩子来住，安排了超大床房，床品优质。毗邻天鹅湖，晚可以上一边泡澡一边欣赏灯光秀。早餐后湖边溜达一圈，小朋友在儿童乐园运动，浮生偷得几日闲。3.刚入住24层行政酒廊就邀请了下午茶，还赠送了月饼，西点丰富，服务完美。4.尤其惊喜的是游泳池，水质非常好，配有汗蒸淋浴，每天都要来游泳。5.客房服务及时到位，注重隐私，不扰人。总体体验超五星标准，服务比一线城市五星酒店都要好。小朋友表示没有玩够，下次还会选择洲际品牌。

非常超棒的五星级酒店，非常享受的体验！特别感谢前台的周旭和行政酒廊的许梦蕾及他们的同事们，服务一流，热情周到，业务精炼，感受到了家的温馨，亲人的温暖。酒店服务、设备及卫生都是一流的。早饭丰富好吃，健身游泳池棒，停车方便。值得推荐

第三次入住合肥洲际酒店，一下车就有礼宾员热情招呼欢迎来到合肥洲际酒店，帮忙指引办理入住，疫情期间体温检测以及消毒做的都很好，前台服务热情。房间很大，卫生也很干净，房间圆形浴缸超大视野很好，床睡得很舒服，还有BOSS音响。早餐也很丰富，退房时一出电梯就有金钥匙上来主动指引到前台并接下房卡，询问入住感受，并送上车离开。整体入住感觉很好，感谢小张，下次来合肥还会入住洲际酒店。希望你们越来越好。赞赞赞。
