升级到套房，房间很干净，舒适，大落地窗，非常明亮，但是空调没有热风，赶上下雨天，房间有些冷，孩子受不了。酒店外景确实不错，像住在公园里非常美。

服务员很不专业，我订的5号楼没有门禁卡，两个人相互白眼，我只当没看见。但进了房间我简直惊呆了！明明是个大餐包！刚退出去，又进来仔细看了一下，原来有个门打开后是卧室。住过这么多酒店，这是最不专业的一个！
