态度极差。我们晚上九点送的房间因为开高速一天累了找个地方休息一下。我们到酒店后带了一只宠物小狗大概有二十五厘米长。已经是成年狗了四岁了。不会随地大小便。结果我们到吧台的时候吧台服务员看到了死活不让进去说因为带狗了。商量了好长时间还是不行。说实在的确实我们的错代狗确实不对。后们又商量说把房间退了。这总是情理之中的事吧。结果他们一堆让我们给客服打电话。因为我们房间是在网上订的。钱已经付过了嘛。到最后还是没退。我们直接走啦。有的时候不是钱.不钱的事。想想心里真的不舒服。我们还带一个九个月大的婴儿。哎
