客房服务人员态度很好，有问题能尽快解决，酒店的地理位置很好，离包公祠很近。就是房间里面有尿味，每次进门就能闻见，估计是地毯没有清洗干净。还有就是淋浴花洒不能拿下来，洗澡很不方便，浴缸不干净。
