顶这个房间没有窗户，真的太热了，预定前后都没提醒，睡到半夜太热给前台打电话前台说是这样的，有窗户的才贵的100元，早有没说，这次入住极度不愉快，本来旅途远有累，结果还睡不着，又没房间能换。真的很生气非常极度的生气。

酒店性价比不错，硬件设施完善。美中不足就是有些服务人员的态度不是一般的差啊，我今天差点就要投诉24小时餐厅靠近米饭菜品区的服务员了。白金的服务态度不是我一个人说差，而是身边朋友都是这样说的，希望有待改进😁
