没有地下停车场是硬伤，正值下雪天，车子只能露天停放。
现万达茂水上乐园和电影乐园都关门了，万达的文旅产业已经崩塌了，所以人气急剧下降。
没有旅游人气支撑，光靠商务恐怕难以维系，不看好未来。
