退房的时候前台服务也太差了，拉着个脸，搞得人家欠他多少钱一样！还什么我可以走了，押金两点之前退到我支付宝账号里，靠，我要回老家，你也不跟我核实一下都消费了什么，就让我走，第一次退房时就多算了一些东西，后来说没用钱又退我了！然后我就没走站在那里等，他让我你可以走了，我说我在这怎么了竟说我耽误别人办业务，一个人没有耽误谁了，就是有人我耽误人家了真是奇葩的要死！是个男的个子一把高，长个南瓜脸，不适合就不要影响酒店声誉
