合肥香格里拉大酒店地理位置优越，周边商场、餐饮行业较多，出行方便，地下停车场设计合理！酒店服务堪称一流，从礼宾接待到客房服务均无微不至！虽然有一个小插曲，但经过沟通很快就解决了，特别是值班经理魏晟韬特别敬业，也很专业；前厅部徐凤和霭可亲，数次主动服务，值得点赞👍

对于我对喜来登的印象这家酒店和我住过的喜来登来说这家有些差别了 我不知道是地域性的缘故吗，一进房门我就闻到一股烟味，我当时就和前台打电话反应过了，他们派人来处理了，服务还是很好的。隔音很好，对于床的铺的要求我觉得酒店还是需要培训一下的。酒店的早餐好还是很不错的，适合带孩子的出入挺方便的。
