房间不隔音，早晨一大早就有人大声喧哗，很吵人，虽然房门锁好了，但是似乎就在你的房间说话。也知道是顾客说话还是服务员说话。总之体验感很差。

房间服务差，抽纸按张给，厕纸一定用完才给。新来的服务阿姨，丢三落四，常常不是忘记了给矿泉水就是忘记换地巾。这是入住体验最差的一次。

此家酒店以往性价比较高，现在就不行了。首先明明是买的双早，但是入住时一定要出示两张身份证才能给两张早餐卷，且态度恶劣，好像你欠他的，根本没有想到顾客至上。真是花钱买脸色，花钱找气受。这在国内外所有的四星级酒店从未见过。有把所有顾客假设成骗子之嫌。在用早餐时服务员收了早餐卷，自己记不得了，又来重复收取，非常气人，似乎在骗他的早餐。建议大家需要享受美好的早餐就不住这家酒店，非常气人。另外，早餐每天都是同样的东西，没有变化，和四星级酒店的名字不符。花钱需要入住快乐，但是这家酒店的早餐就会让你从一天的开始就不快乐。你要是不想被假设成骗子就不建议住在这里了。

除了环境有点旧，别的都还可以。感觉这个老酒店设计不是很合理，内测的两排窗户靠里面，不通风。尤其是五楼的居然窗户都对着餐厅！
