酒店位置好，交通方便；酒店服务一级棒，刚到的时候由于房间没打扫完，酒店负责宾客关系的刘佳佳主任立即安排升级房间、加送早餐。下次还要再来！！！

来合肥出差经常来这家酒店，这次我入住的这个房间（620）空调控制器失灵了，温度、风速、总开关都失灵了，忍到夜里四点实在扛不住了给客服打电话，一会儿来了维修人员把天花板打开从里面给关了。你说这一折腾我还能睡吗？上午把房退了换住威斯汀。设施出点问题本也正常谁让咱赶上了呢，但是！是不是应该说声抱歉的话啊？很遗憾！从客服到前台没有人向我表示歉意。有时候说声对不起，很重要。
