酒店很不错，很新，人也少，只是门口还在施工，不好找大门。另外，住了两天，房号1209，发现宽带不咋好用，一直要登录。另外洗澡的水忽冷忽热的，这点务必要改善，都洗得感冒了。

酒店虽然已经开业，但很多服务没有跟上。周围一圈又在施工，司机都找不到门。首先，入住办理完都不知道告知wifiID和密码，接着预授权押金又刷错，第二天想让我补刷的时候说话都不会说，貌似没发现刷错金额是我的错。退房时想让前台帮我叫车，直接回答的是：“我已经在帮一位客人在叫了。”这话就是回绝我咯，但为什么只有一个人在对应，无什么作为服务业的人是这种回答。另外，早餐品种也少，也不好吃。餐厅咖啡机没咖啡豆了，服务员都不知道，告诉她之后，装好了也不知道再告诉我一下，再问我一下是否需要咖啡。根本都没有服务意思！房间甲醛味又厉害。不问他们要，空气净化器都不知道放一个。都是要客人问了才有所对应。

因为新装修的缘故，刚进房间气味特别重，开窗开空调换气一段时间后好转。酒店设施不错，前台也很客气，总体来说还是不错的。
