去政务区办事，住这里很近。第二天早上就把事情办好了。酒店卫生很好，性价高。特别是早餐很丰富。

天鹅湖旁边，本来环境挺好，结果晚上广场舞声音极大，所以环境只得了分。
酒店服务方面，记录一段对话吧。我刚脱下长衣长裤，有敲门声，我问是谁，外面只回答“开门”，再问是谁，答曰“开门，我要上水果”。好一个理直气壮的上水果，跟要债的似的。念在水果的份上，我开了门，才知道，这是携程订单赠送水果。感觉像吃了个落着苍蝇的免费午餐。所以，服务只得3分。
电视机有声无影，设备设施得4分。

环境不错，性价比不错，附近有合肥大剧院，还有银泰百货和迪卡龙，吃喝玩乐很方便，但能接受吧。还有孩子礼物，孩子很开心。房间有点像香港的土地！前台接待人员礼貌欠缺，我期待一样事情没办好前，别去弄其它的事情！专心点行吗？换位思考吧，酒店环境给人比较安静的感觉。工作人员服务倒是挺好的，早餐有点过于简单。

酒店在政务区，交通很方便，到高速公路和市区（南二环和金寨路高架近在咫尺）都很方便，附近有万达广场和金地中心两大购物休闲中心，超市、百盛百货、影院、餐厅应有尽有。酒店内设施和卫生、环境没的说，非常好。春节还有送给小朋友的小礼物。
