在平台花了近2000块钱定了2间房间，帮朋友定的，到前台却不给入住，搞了半个多小时，最后只能在前台又花2000块钱，
酒店让我去找平台退钱，平台让我找booking, booking让我找平台，最后我就成了一个皮球
本来想这件事情就算了的，也就2000块
今天酒店还打电话来让我删除差评，
刚刚登录平台，发现都连评价都没有了
就更想不对劲了，这不就是三方联合起来欺诈吗？
