餐饮服务态度极差，从总监到大厅预定经理，刷早餐的一位老阿姨还不信任我们已刷过卡反复询问（谁没事干起个大早去蹭早餐？）早餐质量也是差到极点，预定处的经理也是没有一点处理事情的能力，表达能力都没有如何服务？总监电话更是态度差到难以想象，强势的语气像个怨妇。总之，整个餐厅的服务和餐品严重拉低了整个酒店的档次。不会再去了～
