住过有史以来最垃圾的酒店，没有之一，孩子在房间刚睡觉楼上传来巨大的装修声音，孩子从睡梦中惊醒嚎啕大哭，给酒店前台打电话反应问题没有解决，我亲自上楼和装修人员沟通，结果被告知不能停工让我忍着，下楼去前台投诉，前台给的答案是现在给换房间，我想请问孩子现在这种情况我怎么换，我建议让先停一会，前台答复不行，让我忍着，装完就好了，孩子在哭让我怎么忍着？这是酒店的解决问题的方式，太差劲了，什么保障都没有，不建议入住，性价比极低！！
