很差的酒店服务！前台反复多次查不到订单，说看我手机上的没用。还试图撤销我的订单，并振振有词的说其他客人都让她撤销！预授权单据不给我，我要她说给我没用！还质问我为什么她对别的客户都好？唯独对我不好？
