途径黑河，无意中找到这家酒店，房间不算很大，干净整洁布局合理，还有咖啡机加湿器等，用得很顺手，卫生间干湿分离，重点是床品超舒服，整个旅程十几天，这是唯一让我们怀念的床品，晚上睡得很舒服，还有早餐也很棒，来东北十几天，第一次吃到这么热乎的早餐，面条，粥，酱菜都好吃，入住也很简单，虽然由入住到离店全程没交谈超过三句，但一切顺顺心心的，完美。

酒店屋里面设施挺完善，像屋里的小米空气净化器，速冲咖啡机，智能马桶。房间就是不太隔音，服务态度也挺好。就是第二天早上发现房间有蚂蚁让人接受不了，而且居然是红蚂蚁！咖啡杯子上也爬有几只，打电话反应给前台，前台说可免费更换一个房间，后来前台说，可以赠送一个早餐券，犹豫赶时间就拒绝了，事情发生了之后，一个女大堂经理就在大厅站着聊天，全程都是前台吧员在赔礼道歉。大堂经理全程一句话都没有，素质也不太好，当着客人的面训斥吧员。总之酒店设施齐全，但酒店管理还是欠考虑。
