对于九三来说，位置有些偏，周围很安静，停车场很大。卫生条件还不错，设施有些老旧。服务很好，早餐品种不多，但口味不错。整体是不错的，只是受地域限制。

一共住了八日感觉不错，散客不多，主要是团队和会议，餐厅管理对我们很照顾，换着样安排餐食，在此我与母亲表示衷心地感谢！
宾馆周边环境绿化好，空气清新特别适合锻练，是个避薯的好地方。

环境一流，就在九三行政大楼后面 周围是一个大型湿地景区，房间层高目测有3.5米以上超北京所有五星级宾馆，且墙体厚房间内冬暖夏凉。
卫生间干湿分离，配备了浴霸很实用，马桶有点落伍抽力不足 ，笼头水池有损坏勉强能用 ，设备欠维护这是缺点。
中央空调很给力，夏季不小心会着凉，暖气片很长估计冬季取暖问题不大。
酒店内部有餐厅服务热情周到……总而言之，该酒店与九三金谷宾馆同为九三地区最好的下榻之所，没有之三！
