酒店是五大连池景区最好的了，当然不能和大城市里的五星酒店比，不过当地算好的了，位置离药泉池相当近，开车到老黑山火山口也就15分钟。
房间比较干净，设施比较简陋，房间是地暖，早餐挺丰富的，有粥有馒头豆浆等等，冬天性价比很高。
酒店附近都是吃矿泉鱼的店，比较单一，有一家全什么的饭店的野菜丸子超级好吃！连吃两顿。
五大连池的景区以前冬天都不收门票，从今年开始冬天也要收门票，荒无人烟没人管理，居然说是也要和北京接轨收门票了，哎，人家日本自然景点都不要门票的，中国都是占地为王……

酒店餐厅卫生实在太差，在红烧肉炖粉条里竟然吃出了苍蝇，搞得全家人没吃上一半就赶紧跑了，第二天也没敢去吃早餐，饭菜里吃出苍蝇这种事，感觉不应该发生在比较成熟的景区，卫生监督管理还得加强。
