真没想到这么贵的酒店连暖气都不给开，我们是10月6日入住，那天特冷跟前台服务人员说这么冷空调怎么调不暖呢？前台服务说空调只能冷不能热，这一宿把我们冻惨了。我在哈尔滨，伊春一路开车过来前几个订的酒店都有暖风就到这家没暖风，让人心情特别不好，并且这家酒店早餐太不好了，餐食弄的残酷餐具哪哪都是油跟服务员说了就拿块抹布擦下就完了根本不给换，这么大的酒店看着气魄，服务一点也跟不上，并且房费还挺贵的。不过房间挺干净的，卫生间比较沉旧。免费停车，离五大连池景区近些。
