酒店一般 比较陈旧了 外墙体有点脱落 差点砸到人 而且办理入住时一个前台态度不怎么地 明明我改订单了 她说她不知道 就是不让住 不过艺龙的客服MM很给力 直接就搞定了 至少让我肯定了艺龙的能力 我在这订完酒店我去住着也比较放心 安排的房间很一般 卫生间什么备品都没有 而且马桶还不好使 不过毕竟是大酒店 跟服务部一反应也就解决了 怎么说呢？ 网站我很满意 但这个酒店真不咋地 我不知道黑河具体啥行情 但是我就感觉这酒店不值那价位

都还挺好，交通便捷，服到位，只是隔音差了一点，冬天入住有点冷，不过服务员阿姨很好心的提供了电暖气，相当给力，好评

地理位置很好，酒店设施不好，洗澡没有热水，房间很小，房间不隔音，走廊说话屋里听的很清楚，无法休息。
